on 23 aug 2008 at 1 pm there will be a charity ride to help out the geurts kids (they have epilepsy)
the ride will leave riverside rides 305 lande depere and go to bay beach
entrance fee is $20
there will be food drinks prizes and lots of fun

I wish we lived closer. We have met two scooter "gangs" here in the burg that we are going to try to hook up together and hopefully do some charity work as well.

well ill be off to the rally in a few hours i have both cameras ready i might wait to mount the video camera as we are having some scattered rain showers right now hopefully the weather man is right that they will be gone within the hour

well i started uploading the video to youtube and im heading out to the manitowoc county fair so hopefully it will be done by the time i get home
the ride was a blast ill get the pics up later there was at least 40 scooters

Same here, I wish there was something similar to that here. 40 people showing up was great. I bet it was lots of fun.

yes it was a lot of fun 6 hrs later and the video is still uploading i had to use google video as youtube is being a pia
ok about the ride the mayor of depere lead the ride even though he was in a car(camaro) the kids rode in a 56 chev convertible and then the scooters all sorts of them we also had 3 police cars to stop traffic for us
we rode double file for the whole ride even on the 55 mph roads(bet that pissed off a few cagers)
we ended up riding to a restored barn instead of bay beach but the barn was a great spot after the ride to talk with all the other scooterists and to meet the kids we rode for
