Is it just me, or does it always feel like people driving in cars on the road want to kill you just because you're a little scooter?

the other night i was coming back and it started pouring the rain and people rode my ass like it was nothing.. even when i pulled to the shoulder and waved them by they wouldn't pass me and just stayed right behind me. luckily, i wasn't too far from home, but it definitely made me nervous with the wet roads and the car following so closely

I normally cling to the shoulder when I'm out on the road and I always let the faster cars pass me when I can pull over. But some of them are sooo impatient... like they'll pass in front of me when going uphill on a bridge or even if there's a long line of slow-moving traffic in front of me... like they'd go any faster than I would.

oh yes they are even though its a toy i would like the real version on this one i enjoy living out in the country so i get lots of riding time when i go any where but the advantage is people are used to farm equipment rolling down the road so me just sauntering around at 40 to 45 is no big deal some are even content to stay behind me but when i get into town its a different story sometimes i just laugh at the assholes when ti catch them at a stop sign

i can relate to the country driving... when i had my first one before i brought it to school with me, where i'm from i would ride about 9 miles to the vet's office where i worked and even though the road was 55 mph and it was just a back country road, most people wouldn't follow too close or pass b/c of being used to boats and farm equipment on the road

I like when some dick gets impatient and passes me on a double yellow and still dont make the light so i wave to em when i pull up behind em at the light

i think it's funny when cars speed up to pass you only to make a turn onto like another road right where you were.... lol

I ride on city streets where the speed limit is usually 30 or 35 mph. What I have noticed is that even if I am going the speed limit, or even a couple of miles over it, many people in cages insist on passing me. Maybe they do not want to be behind a scooter because they perceive that it will go slow, even if it is not. On these same streets, the police many times set up a speed trap, I know that one of these days someone who does that will get a pricey speeding ticket.

if i saw someone getting a ticket after they passed me, i would beep at them and wave and point and laugh. i think that would be hilarious. but i agree, i have noticed that cars will pass even if you're going over the speed limit.

if i saw someone getting a ticket after they passed me besides laughing if they were driving stupid i would have to pull over and talk to the cop and let them know what kind of a moron that person is

i would think it would be like being a witness to a crime if anything it might convince the officer to issue a ticket instead of just a warning
