well last night we went to the brown county fair
rodney adtkens was a good show but the ticket price for the fair was a bit steep 10 in advance or 15 at the gate this included parking rides and festival seating to the concert
the midway sucked big time only a few rides and the beer and deep fried cheese curds were expensive
i just might be spoiled though we normally go to manitowoc county fair its only 8 and you get rides and grandstand seats to the shows and the midway is much bigger
but all in all it was an ok night out with he family

sounds like fun... i remember in high school when we went to our fair it was ridiculously expensive.. it was 10 to get in and then you had to pay separately for rides, parking, and if you stayed for the music that was also another ticket... usually it would cost like 50 or 60 bucks by the end of the night...

Glad that you and your family enjoyed it, even if the rides weren't that great. I know you said that the beer and cheese curds were expensive, but were they good??? I will pay a pretty penny for good beer and any kind of good cheese.

well living in the land of cheese and beer the curds were ok they were not worth the price of 10 bucks for a large order
and beer is always good just remember the best beer is free beer
we must have gotten some bad food as both the wife and i didnt feel very well yesterday still feeling a bit under the weather this am

well we went to manitowoc county fair last night it was a blast we didnt go to the concert but just hung out with the brother inlaw looked at the animals and ate a lot of great food if you like salt water taffy you need to check out this website www.statefairtaffy.com we have been getting taffy from this lady for years at the fair i think its the best taffy around |

gettig the taffy is one of the things we look forward to at that fair(we got 2 big buckets 180 pieces in each)
