I seem to routinely get between 80-90 mpg on my Sym HD200. Excellent milage sapho1949. I would love to know how you like your scooter. I eventually want to get a bigger one than what i have now and always like to know from actual riders what they think of their scoots. Also, would love to see some pics.

Its hard to tell, my tank is 1.3 gallons. I always fill mine up when it gets to 1/2 tank, I get between 55and 60mpg. So I guess it has to be around 100 to 110

so will gas mileage change as the weather gets colder?? i know like with a car when you use heat and all that you use more gas, but obviously we don't have heat in our scoots, but i was wondering how the cold weather will affect the gas mileage

well what typical causes the mileage to go down is the change of blend in the gas and the fact that most people let there cars "warm up" the choke or enrichment circuit will cause you to use more fuel till your scooter warms up to operating temp but unless you ride in real cold weather 35 or lower i dont think you will notice much of a difference the up side to the cold weather is your scooter will make more power as cold air makes for a denser charge in the piston
