Hello, I'm Metropolis and I'm a Scooter-aholic.

That first step's the hardest.

I'm here because I'm an addict who feels the need to join every board, blog, forum out there! LOL (No seriously....that's all I do all day!)

I got my Met 2.5 years ago because I didn't like riding bitch on my Ex's Vespa ET2. I took to it like a duck to water and quickly surpased him in miles ridden and general scooter knowledge (aka addiction).

"Trixie" is my only vehicle and I ride everyday, year-round. I have never owned a car. I freak out if I have to go more than 2 days without riding. I attend scooter rallies every summer. I help run our local scooter club. If I had the money, I would have an entire fleet of scooters! But unfortunately I'm always broke and I'm too damn short to fit on most scooters!

I enjoy learning everything I can about scooters, mods, and maintenance. I haven't done many mods to my Met yet, but I hope to, the more I learn.

Oh, and I love scooter boys!

Welcome to the forum! I was introduced to scooters by my boyfriend about 2 1/2 years ago. I loved it then my parents bought me my first one, but it was a Chinese knock-off and I had tons of problems. Now I'm driving my 08 Met and I love it.

I too have become addicted to the scooter and to forums. Thus, my boyfriend (around here he's known as Senor Don Gato) and I decided to start our own forum.

no no you cant admit its an addiction thats the first step to recovery scooting is just a good habit

welcome i am having scoot withdrawls right now i am on the road for work and then have to drive my mom out to or so it will be over a week stuck on 4 wheels

I too am a scooter-holic. Within the past month I purchased a new ruckus that I have been driving everywhere. My new car is currently dead because I havenet driven it in 3 weeks and the batt died. Oh welcome to SR!
